From a member of the Comsa coop, a fair-trade, organic cooperative, this coffee is sweet and complex on the nose, with distinct notes of fire roasted mango and tobacco. Depth and sweetness combine with just a touch of mango/orange acidity to balance out the roast notes. Roasted to perfection for good body, with a fairly long finish.
