Great Beans Wooden Gift Box

The beans included are:

Scarlet Runner, one of the home gardener's favorite beans. Big and robust, perfect for salads or as a side dish vegetable

Cranberry, great for Italian dishes like pasta e fagioli or minestrone. It has a velvety texture and thin skin

Sangre de Toro (Bull's Blood), Dense and meaty, it has a good pot liquor and can be used whenever red beans are called for.

Santa Maria Pinquitos are a heritage bean from California, probably dating back to the Mission days. Dense, rich and perfect on its own or in chiles and stews.

The box can be re-used for spices, trading cards or whatever seems right. All boxes come with general cooking instructions and recipe ideas.
