Sal de Mar is chunks of sea salt ready to be crushed in your salt grinder or just tossed into a sauce or stew, as you like.
Flor de Sal is comparable to France's more expensive Fleur de Sel and makes an ideal finishing salt.
Sal Mixteca is from an ancient mine in Oaxaca that naturally contains bicarbonates that help soften beans and keep vegetables green without the nasty flavor of baking soda. Use just a pinch!
